Ingredients:
700gms.CHICKEN,
3MEDIUM POTATOES
3BIG ONIONS, (MAKE PASTE)
3 BIG TOMATOES, (MAKE PASTE)
5 GREEN CHILLIES. (AS PER TASTE)
1/2 TSP HALDI POWDER.
TO MAKE POWDER---1 1/2 TSP + 1/2 TBSP JEERA,
30- 35 PEPPER, (AS PER TASTE)
2 CARDAMOM,
1/2 TSP KUSKUS, (OR 5-6 CASHEWNUTS)
3 LAVANG (cloves),
3 CINNAMON STICK.
Directions:
FIRST FRY ONION PASTE IN A KADAI. ADD TOMATOE PASTE, STIR AND FRY WELL. NOW ADD CHILLIES, KEEP FRYING FOR 1/2 MINUTE, NOW ADD CHICHEN PIECES, POTATOES WITH SALT AND HALDI PD. BOIL WELL. WHEN THE MEAT BOILS PROPERLY ADD THE PEPPER-JEERA PD AND MIX WELL. AT LAST ADD SOME CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING.
