Mangalorean Valleri & Green Gram Curry(Mogem ani Moog Kadi )


1 Cup Moong (Green Gram)(Soak for 12hrs)
1 Mogem (Valleri)cut into medium pcs.
Salt to taste

To Grind to fine paste:
1 cup coconut, grated
1 tbsp. Kashmiri red chilli pdr.
5-6 pepper corns
1 tbsp. coriander seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
2 onions (med)
2 tomatoes (med)
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 flakes garlic

Method:
In a cooking vessel add ground masala & masala water & boil, put Green Gram & Valleri and cook till done. Serve hot with Boiled Rice
